Heaters

Rojin Group can carry out design, engineering, fabrication, installation and start-up of Fired Heaters for a wide range of applications in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries. We deploy a competent and committed group of professionals with sound knowledge base and proficiency in project management, execution, procurement, inspection and site co-ordination, particularly expert in the management of international projects.

How it works

Fired heaters utilize all three heat transfer methods:

  • Conduction
  • Convection
  • Radiation
Radiation is the transfer of energy from a heat source to objects in its path through space. In fired heaters, this occurs when heat energy is absorbed by tubes exposed to flames in the radiant section.

Understanding Heaters

Heaters are essential to the chemical and petrochemical industries. The market has a wide variety of heating products and components due to the diverse range of heating applications. It is therefore important to determine which heating system is best suited for your application. It is important to choose a heater that will satisfy all hydraulic and thermal requirements of the intended application, as well as flow requirements. The importance of environmental conditions cannot be overstated. For instance, what pressure and temperature conditions will the system have to withstand and will it be exposed to aggressive chemicals?
