Mechanical Equipments

How It Works

It’s important to have clear operating instructions for all mechanical equipment to ensure safe use.  Some machines are equipped with an isolation or emergency stop command. To avoid an emergency, it is important to mark this clearly so that it can be turned off quickly.

Any human mead machine which reduces human efforts and time. There are two types of mechanical equipment. These are listed as Rotating equipment and Static equipment
Any Equipment which internal or external part rotate by human effort electric motors it is called rotating equipment. There are many types of rotating equipment on the base of working and body construction.

Static equipment refers to the equipment in industrial processes that remains stationary during operation. These equipments include: valve, vessel, boiler and etc…

Mechanical Equipments Used In Industries

Mechanical equipment used in various industries, such as oil and gas refineries, steel plants, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and power plants, can include a wide range of components. Mechanical tools are broadly used for hands-on cutting of small pipes, electric cables and steel framework. Segmenting of larger components into pieces is normally done by using stationary equipment, especially if further treatment is foreseen e.g. by decontamination.

Products We Offer

We are always proud of our ability to offer the best products with the highest quality and lowest price in the field of mechanical equipment in industries, power plants, petrochemicals and refineries. We choose the most suitable items for our clients.

Pipe & Fittings

A pipe fitting is a part which is joined to a pipe. An American standard pipe thread is a type of screw or thread, commonly used on pipe fittings to assure a tight seal.

Boiler

In a conventional steam power plant, a boiler consists of a furnace in which fuel is burned, surfaces transmit heat from the combustion products to the water, and a space where steam can form and collect.

Valve

A valve is a device that regulates the flow of fluids, fluidised solids, slurries or liquid, by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways.

motor

Motor refers to any power unit that generates motion, that is a “prime mover”, while “electric motor” refers to a “prime mover using electricity.”

gearbox

An industrial gearbox is a system in which the mechanical energy is transferred from one device to another and is used to increase torque while reducing speed.
